I cancelled my 6 month subscription half way in and never received a refund for my subscription even though the website indicates that I should receive a refund.
Every box I’ve gotten has gone to the wrong address. I’ve tried to correct this multiple times. I even emailed customer service and got no response. It used to go to the neighbors house but I tried updating all addresses on my account again when I moved. Still shipped to my old neighbors address and I’ve missed 3 boxes at this point.
So glad I came across this subscription box and got it. We had so much fun solving the mystery. I can't wait to see what's next!
I've tried multiple days boxes, (date night in, happily etc) And you are the only ones that we've stayed with for over a year. You have wonderful themes with great branding and artwork and the games are just fun to play even once we're done the box as just part of our normal board game collection for when we have friends over and stuff as a lot of them can be modified for normal everyday games use, giving the most long-term value. Our cat loves the little zombie stuffed toy, And I love the other fun things we've got in like the pizza cutter and opal. A small candy/snack or a recipe would be awesome to include. Your customer service is also awesome whenever I've had some sort issues or just wanted a box exchange for something else or needed help getting a coupon added to my order they've been able to do that and give me some discounts and really just go out of their way to help me and make me want to be a long-term customer with you guys.
