WHAT IS CRATED WITH LOVE?

Crated with Love is a subscription box business that helps bring the spark back in your relationship. Every box we ship is filled with fun, unique, and spontaneous date night items and activities that are focused on bringing more romance and laughter into your lives, while at the same time strengthening your relationship.

HOW DOES CRATED WITH LOVE WORK?

We try and make it as simple as possible. You order a box or become a member, we ship the box to you, and you follow the date night instructions. Boom, instant romance! You can either order one single box or you can save money and receive a special crate every month with our subscription model.

The best part about Crated with Love is the simplicity. Everything you need for the perfect date is inside the box. All you need to add is a little love and a little time.

WHAT COMES IN EACH BOX?

We can’t tell you that, silly! Part of why Crated with Love is so perfect is the spontaneity factor. The mystery of what each date is creates enthusiasm and helps deplete any expectations, both ingredients to an awesome date!

But, what we can tell you is that every date comes with 4 to 5 date night activities and all the items you will need for your date. Each date has a specific theme and relationship focus so that you can have fun while strengthening your relationship!

HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION OPTION WORK?

The subscription option is built to ensure you have a fun date every month. Part of the reason we neglect dating is because we often just don’t have time to plan anything special. Because of this, we revert to going out to dinner or going to a movie for every date. With the Crated with Love subscription, a new date will be shipped to your door every month. Do you know what that means? That’s right! No planning!

We have two shipping dates, the 15th and the 1st (or the first day of the month). If you order a crate between the 1st and the 14th, your box will be shipped on the 15th (or the nearest business day). If you order any time after that, the box will ship on the 1st (or the nearest business day). Why do we do this? To help save you money on shipping and to help keep boxes coming consistently every month!

CAN I MAKE A GIFT PURCHASE?

You sure can! Our prepaid gift subscription allows you to prepay and ship a monthly date to that special couple in your life! All prepaid gift subscription are set up as one time payments so you don’t have to worry about cancelling them.

WHEN DO I GET MY BOX?

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately, we only ship to US states and territories. We are sorry about that!

HOW DO I CANCEL?

Simply login to your account and hit the cancel button. Easy, and no questions asked. If your account renews and you would like a refund for your renewal, you must contact us before your next crate is shipped.
